HRSA Primary Care Training and Enhancement Grant Project Coordinator

Classification: Support Staff - Full Time - 12 months - 2080 Hours
This is a limited term position from July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2021 with review and funding awards on an annual basis.
Reports To: HRSA Primary Care Training and Enhancement Grant Program Director
Description: The Project Coordinator must plan and arrange his or her own work, accomplish assigned objectives, use a wide range of behavioral competencies, and work collaboratively with faculty and staff at the University and the United Community Center.
Responsibilities:
Coordination of implementation of the project as delineated in the grant
Implementation of the activities related to the Project Objectives 1 through 3 as outlined in the grant and according to the projects activities and evaluation work plans and timelines, and federal guidelines
Project assessment through the evaluation measures as delineated in the grant
Maintenance of project records and statistics
Assistance to the Program Director in the preparation of federal reports and budget management as delineated in the federal guidelines for the grant
Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree required
Prior experience as a grant project coordinator and/or community organization project management preferred
Technology Skills:
Competent in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to quickly develop competency with new software technology
Behavioral Competencies:

Ability to build appropriate work relationships throughout the university and the United Community Center
